In this edition, the\u00a0Committee of Experts examines the information submitted by\u00a012 Latin American States, with a special focus on the situation and measures adopted regarding\u00a0access to justice, truth, and reparation for women, an obligation established in\u00a0Articles 7 and 8\u00a0of the Convention.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The report is based on information provided by the\u00a0States, which responded to\u00a0137 progress indicators, as well as contributions from\u00a023 civil society organizations, which submitted\u00a014 national shadow reports and 2 regional reports.
